DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 48 hours, Monday to Friday*, however, in the run up to the busy Christmas period, we may take up to 3 days to process some orders due to the high volumes.

*Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the next working day, usually Monday, excluding bank holidays.

If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Notes on Next Day Delivery

Royal Mail: Next day Royal Mail delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed before the specified cut-off time. If you live in areas of the United Kingdom such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, please expect the usual delays. Royal Mail will send you an update either via email or text message when your parcel is out for delivery, and include your tracking number (if you entered a mobile number at the time of your order, this will be defaulted as the preferred method; please let us know otherwise).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently ship to the EU and the USA.

  • EU and US orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processes.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • For EU and US customers, the delivery fee does not include any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery by your local postal or customs authority.

US import duties as of 1st July 2025:

The U.S. currently applies a 10% tariff on goods coming from the UK.  

For orders under $800 shipped to private individuals, no additional duties or taxes are applied, thanks to the U.S. de minimis rule.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the items. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

To notify us, please email hello@elanskincare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging (unless faulty).

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (unless they are faulty or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable service.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will refund you within 14 days via your original method of payment.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
