Coating: modified corn starch (GMO-free), glycerol BP*, carrageenan (extracted from red seaweeds), sodium carbonate anhydrous.

How to use: Adults over 18 years old take 2 capsules per day, with food. Do not take more than 4 capsules daily. Check with your doctor if taking prescribed medication, such as blood thinners, if you are about to have surgery, and if you have any health conditions.
